Ingredients
- 7 oz dark chocolate (70% cocoa), chopped
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup red wine (Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot works well)
- 1 Tbsp unsalted butter
- Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions
- Heat the cream
In a small saucepan, warm the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not boil.
- Add chocolate
Remove from heat and add chopped dark chocolate. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Incorporate wine & butter
Stir in red wine and butter until fully combined and glossy.
- Chill the mixture
Pour into a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2–3 hours until firm enough to scoop.
